THE signing of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) is anticipated to benefit local industries as the mega free trade agreement (FTA) will lower barriers to entry for Malaysian goods and services in East Asia.
As at January 2018, Malaysia has signed a total of 14 FTAs (7 bilateral and 7 regional) including the latest ASEAN-Hong Kong Free Trade Agreement (AHKFTA) with the target entry into force in 2019. New FTAs are being negotiated with other countries as well.
The objective of this Webinar is aimed at highlighting Malaysian Companies updates, Opportunity, Challenges and Benefits of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and Free Trade Agreement (FTA).
